Why this works differently

Most meeting planners either require you to sign in to save or rename cities, or gate the interactive slider behind a paid plan. This one doesn't — add as many zones as you want, and everything runs in your browser with nothing saved or sent anywhere. Columns are fixed UTC hours across the 24-hour day; each row shows what that instant looks like locally, including a small day-shift marker when the same moment lands on the previous or next calendar date in that zone — a detail that trips up a lot of hand-built scheduling spreadsheets.

Need the exact number of hours between two zones instead of a visual grid? The Timezone Comparison tool on the home page gives you live clocks side by side.

Common questions

What is overlapping time?

Overlapping time (or overlapping working hours) is the stretch of the day that falls inside normal business hours for every timezone you're comparing — the window where you can schedule a meeting without asking anyone to join before or after their workday. The grid above shades those hours in teal so you can spot the overlap at a glance, even across three or more zones.

How do I find overlapping time zones for a meeting?

Add each participant's city or timezone above. Each row lines up to the same UTC columns, so any column shaded teal across every row is a time that works for everyone — click it to see the exact local clock time in each zone.
