Plenty of recurring rules are defined this way instead of by a fixed date: US Thanksgiving is the 4th Thursday of November, Mother's Day (US) is the 2nd Sunday of May, and countless recurring meetings are scheduled as "the 3rd Wednesday of every month." This tool works out the exact calendar date for any such rule, for any month and year.
