Focus and break intervals you can actually adjust — the classic 25/5 split by default, but every length is yours to change.
Completed sessions: 0
The default 25-minutes-on, 5-minutes-off pattern comes from the original Pomodoro Technique — short enough that starting doesn't feel daunting, long enough to get into real focus. Every fourth focus session is followed by a longer break instead of a short one, which is what the "long break" setting controls. Adjust the lengths freely; the underlying idea (focused work in bounded blocks, with real breaks) works at other ratios too.
This timer runs entirely in your browser tab — closing the tab or navigating away resets it, so keep it open in the background while you work.
